Terms and Conditions

In order to guarantee your place on the Herzl Journey, your registration materials must be submitted with a deposit of $300.

Payment in Full is due by March 1, 2010.

The following terms apply:

  • Cancellations received by January 31, 2010 will be subject to a $150 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received between February 1 and March 24 will be subject to a $300 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received between March 25 and March 31 will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 31, 2010.
  • All cancellations must be sent to krubinstein@azm.org and acknowledged in writing to be valid.

Please note: Participants must submit a clear photocopy of your passport and a passport size photograph with your registration materials. (These can be faxed or emailed to the AZM office: 212.935.3578 or to azm at azm.org). Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the dates of this program.
